Maintenance Mechanic Master

Position Summary

TIC is looking for a Heavy Equipment Diesel Master Mechanic for an energy project located in Rayville, LA.

• 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic.

• Experience working with Caterpillar, Liebherr, Xtreme, Takeuchi.
• Experience working with diagnostic systems: CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Diesel Laptop.

• Up to $40 per hour.
• $100 per diem per day worked.
• Current schedule: 7:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
• Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends, and nights when required.
• All offers contingent on ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Fit For Duty test.

• Constantly move around a construction/industrial site; able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Exposure to changing outdoor weather conditions.
• Work irregular hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• May require ladder/mach platform/manlifts/scaffold to access equipment; must be able to climb and maintain balance on formwork, steel formwork, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
• Move and work in confined, cluttered places and uneven surfaces.
• Complete tasks in noisy and dusty environments.
• May require moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have required tools.
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules; perform other duties as required.
• Must pass pre‑access drug and alcohol testing and fit‑for‑duty medical screening.
