Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting professional Security Officers with strong customer service skills and a commitment to safety and security. This position is located at a casino property, and candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where cigarette smoke is present.

• Perform regular and random patrols of assigned premises
• Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences
• Enforce property control procedures when necessary
• Document nightly operations and submit weekly reports
• Investigate breaches of property and policy violations
• Help prevent and deter crime through visible presence and proactive engagement

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Active cellphone
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must meet state licensing requirements and be able to obtain required Security Officer license (Armed or Unarmed, as applicable)

• Ability to communicate clearly and quickly during emergencies
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required
• Ability to detect alarms, distress signals, and environmental hazards in noisy environments
• Must be able to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit for extended periods
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. waist high, if required
• Must be in good mental health and able to make immediate decisions during emergencies
• Must meet all state-required physical and mental licensing standards
