Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in New Orleans, LA.

As a Security Officer–Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service, engage with visitors, and maintain a safe environment in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  Wednesday–Thursday 6 pm–1 am and Saturday 9 am–9 pm (26 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.00 (Daily Pay available)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred
• State license if required
