*** Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic understanding of security systems and emergency procedures.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Customer-service mindset with a professional, approachable demeanor.
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
** JOB DUTIES
*** Patrol all areas of the hotel, including guest floors, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and parking lots.
* Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access control points.
* Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergency situations and document all actions taken.
* Assist guests and employees with safety-related concerns or escorts upon request.
* Enforce hotel policies while maintaining professionalism and hospitality.
* Complete detailed incident and shift reports.
* Collaborate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders when necessary.
* Conduct routine safety inspections (fire extinguishers, doors, lighting, etc.).
* Support loss prevention efforts and investigate theft or suspicious activity.
* Participate in safety drills and ongoing training sessions.
* Provide emergency first aid or CPR if certified and needed.
