Role Description

Our company needs an aggressive person in Iowa to promote and sell our product lines to current and future clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers’ needs, securing sales, and following up with potential clients.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently while making well-informed business decisions. Communication skills are essential to connect with our existing customers and meet new prospects. Other important responsibilities include preparing proposals and testimonials, driving business opportunities, sales presentations, and promote our company products at trade shows and networking events while building a name for our brand in the industry.

You will be primarily calling on career municipal fire departments, industrial fire brigades, and volunteer fire departments. The schedule varies with some evenings and weekends being required. This is a rewarding opportunity with a high potential for growth for the right candidate willing to put in the effort

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential customers.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Work with Supplier Sales Representatives to make joint sales calls
  • Closing deals for the company and maintain relationship with customers.
