Job Skills / Requirements

Security Solutions of America is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive strategic revenue growth within our Protective Services division. This position will be responsible for selling Protective Services that include security services, armed and unarmed security officer services, Mobile, Technology and more. We're looking for self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about security and safety, and driven to succeed.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean background check
  • Experience working in service industry
  • Willingness to travel within designated region (25%)
Skills Needed
  • Sales and Communication Skills (ability to build relationships with clients, strong presentation and negotiation skills)
  • Technical Awareness (Knowledge of security solutions such as: Guard Services, CCTV/Surveillance, Access Control Systems)
  • Professional Skills (Time Management and Organization, Ability to work independently and as a team)
  • Ability to meet sales targets, quotas, KPIs
