Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building strong professional relationships.

The Junior Account Representative will support account management activities, assist with client communications, and contribute to maintaining high levels of service and satisfaction for our partners and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining professional client relationships
  • Support the account management team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Communicate with clients to ensure needs and expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth account operations
  • Help prepare reports and documentation related to account performance
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for improving client experience
