Role Description

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our New Orleans office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on engaging with both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting performance goals.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate confidently, and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries, identifying needs and recommending appropriate pest control solutions
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on leads, re-engage past customers, and support proactive sales initiatives
  • Clearly explain services, pricing, and treatment options while building trust and confidence with customers
  • Accurately document interactions, opportunities, and outcomes across multiple systems (CRM, phone system, scheduling tools)
  • Follow established sales processes while also helping standardize workflows and communication for consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset while working toward individual and team sales goals
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer‑facing sales roles
  • Comfortable handling objections, following up persistently, and closing sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident tone Ability to use multiple software systems at once (CRM, phones, scheduling tools) without losing accuracy or focus
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and accountable for results
  • Willingness to follow structured processes and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization
  • On‑site availability in New Orleans, LA (this is not a remote role)
  • Experience in pest control or home services is a plus, but not required

Pay Range

Base pay $16‑$22 hour (experience based) with 5% commission.
