Role DescriptionWe are looking for driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. These positions are ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, handling orders from PO to shipment, assisting in quoting large construction projects, and supporting outside sales staff.
Qualifications- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
- Strong Organizational skills to manage tasks, orders, and product questions.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset
- Prior experience in the plumbing or related industries is a plus.
