Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of event-driven sales initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and event partners while supporting sales objectives from planning through post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate event-related sales activities from initial planning to execution
- Support sales teams with scheduling, logistics, and client communications
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for events
- Maintain accurate records of event sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations
- Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and follow-up
- Ensure all timelines, deliverables, and standards are met consistently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
