Job Opportunity:
Sales Representative for Growing Insurance Agency
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious team member to help bring new business and build lasting relationships within our expanding insurance agency. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the insurance industry while developing valuable sales, marketing, and customer service skills. This role offers a direct impact on the Roswell and Sandy Springs, GA communities, with plenty of room for career growth.
We are a Multi-Office Agency with locations in Roswell and Sandy Springs, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a needs-based selling approach to match insurance products to new customers’ individual needs
- Provide high-quality support to existing clients, building long-term relationships
- Host meetings with customers to ensure policies meet their evolving needs
- Work quickly and efficiently to provide quotes to prospects in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members and the agent to meet office goals
- Reach out to a wide range of prospects to generate new business and meet targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Internally motivated with an ambitious personality
- Sales experience is encouraged but not required (experience in retail, restaurant management, customer service, education, or those seeking a career change are all welcome)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to match personal goals with a team-oriented atmosphere
- Flexibility to grow and adapt with a small business
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Licensed in property and casualty or willing to be licensed at the agent's expense
