You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, guide them through our furniture and flooring selections, and help them make confident purchasing decisions. • Greet customers and assess their needs for furniture and flooring.
• Present product options, explain features, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare quotes and process sales transactions.
• Coordinate with delivery and operations staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn product lines and convey information clearly.
