This leader will coach, inspire, and drive a seasoned team of Sales Consultants, strengthen outbound business development efforts, and expand a pipeline fueled by exceptional client experiences. You will operate at the intersection of performance, prestige, and profitability while guiding a team closing high-value, 6‑to‑7‑figure deals and engaging high‑net‑worth collectors across the globe.
This role is built for a confident, metrics‑driven sales leader who thrives in polished luxury environments, knows how to uplift underperformers into top contributors, and takes ownership of team‑wide revenue growth.

Sales Director Responsibilities- Lead daily execution of sales strategies supporting double‑digit revenue growth
- Manage and develop a team of 6 Sales Consultants by coaching performance and accountability
- Build and optimize outbound sales processes that increase customer engagement and conversion
- Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and performance monitoring using Salesforce and Gong
- Analyze sales trends and deliver insights to the EVP and senior leadership
- Support long‑term client relationship development to increase customer lifetime value
- Enhance sales team product knowledge and selling capabilities through ongoing training
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and client support to remove roadblocks
- Engage directly with HNW and UHNW clients through outbound outreach and in‑gallery selling
- Create and execute improvement plans for under‑performing sellers
- Ensure brand‑level excellence in all elements of client experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7 – 10 years of sales leadership experience driving measurable revenue growth
- 5+ years successfully selling luxury goods/services or high‑ticket offerings
- Proven ability to turn underperformers into sales leaders
- Strong command of CRM optimization and metric‑driven decision‑making
- Demonstrated success in outbound business development
- Exceptional executive presence and polished communication skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with highly experienced sales professionals
- Deep understanding of how to drive consistent conversion and pipeline growth
- Goal‑oriented, KPI‑focused, and energized by accountability and performance culture
- Luxury retail, fine art, design, or collectibles background preferred
- Familiarity with selling to discerning HNW clientele preferred
- Experience in multi‑location expansion or sales scaling environments preferred
- Quarterly & annual performance bonus eligibility
