Inside Sales Quoting Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Quoting Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating quotes for new motor product sales, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of our product offerings.

• Generate and manage quotes for new motor product sales.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored quotes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the sales team to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Maintain and update a database of quotes and customer interactions in Odoo.
• Monitor market trends and adjust quotes to remain competitive.
• Assist with the development of sales strategies to increase product sales and improve gross margin.

• Experience in sales or a similar role, preferably within the electric motor or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, EPR system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple quotes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of electric motors and related products is a plus.
