Senior Specialist Sales Executive - Mobility

Join our dynamic sales team and help transform the sales experience, empowering customers through integrated solutions, including cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud IoT, and more.
We offer a signing bonus of $2,500 and a competitive compensation plan with a base salary plus performance-based commission. At 100% of the sales target, annual earnings range from $110,000 to $137,600, with potential to earn up to $275,000 for high performers.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively hunt for new leads within your territory through external networks, cold calling, and door‑to‑door outreach, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas. - Client Engagement:
Understand technology needs of small and mid‑size businesses and present tailored growth opportunities. - Account Development:
Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and new accounts. - Consultative Selling:
Employ consultative techniques to overcome objections, identify key trends and uncover customer needs. - Proposal Development:
Craft responses for RFPs and present products and services that benefit customers. - Strategic Initiatives:
Design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue from complex accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Hunter Mindset:
Drive to seek leads and close deals, coupled with resilience. - Networking & Negotiation
Skills:
Effectively network and negotiate with prospects. - Valid Driver’s License:
Must have a satisfactory driving record, current insurance, and reliable vehicle. - Sales Targets:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Sales
Experience:
5–8+ years of outside or B2B sales, preference for technology sales. - Technical Knowledge:
Experience with IT and advanced technology solutions. - Sales Funnel Management:
Proficiency managing sales funnels and CRM systems.
