What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and execute a territory growth plan targeting larger contractor accounts
  • Cultivate strong relationships with owners and operational leaders to understand their business needs
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Manage sales pipeline and activities using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or SMB technology markets
  • Proven ability to sell in complex environments, including multi-location or high-ACV deals
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
