Our agency opened in 2005 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Operations and Public Affairs for State Farm. When an agent from my hometown retired, I had the opportunity to take over the agency, allowing me to continue serving the community I care so much about.
I’m a proud graduate of ULM, where I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. I’m married with two daughters and a two-year-old grandson who keeps us smiling. Our team loves being part of the community and frequently participates in local events, like trunk‑or‑treats and other neighborhood gatherings.

Role DescriptionAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Laurinda Crenshaw - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
