Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater New Orleans Region for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will support daily store operations, drive sales goals, and foster a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing store employees, ensuring adherence to operational and merchandising standards, overseeing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. This individual will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to create strategies for team development and to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team and customer interactions
  • Proven experience in Store Management, with capabilities in staff leadership, mentorship, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure security and reduce risks
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet revenue goals
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in retail or beauty industries is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail, business management, or a related field is a plus
