Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. You'll assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations to swiftly serve our customers. Your dedication significantly contributes to our customers' satisfaction and desire to return. • Provide customer-facing service to help create a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Maintain facility operations using various tools and equipment, including cleaning, repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, pressure washing, plumbing, site inspections, and other duties as assigned.
• Potential cross-training in other areas such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
