Description

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and ensure the smooth efficient running of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.

Responsibilities include cash handling and start and end of day cash reconciliation, and you will also be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  • Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis.
  • Represent the brand and deliver high‑quality customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised service.
  • Experience with retail operations, cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store (desirable).
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets (desirable).
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
Pay Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $17.25 to $28.75. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. This position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
