Position: Lead Sous Chef: Grow in a High-Volume, Guest-Focused Kitchen
Location: New Orleans

A hospitality and entertainment company in New Orleans is seeking a Culinary Manager to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction and manage back of house operations. Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Chef, staff training, and maintaining sanitation procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume environment and strong leadership skills. Competitive salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
