Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to guarantee quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping assigned departments achieve their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in a famously fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned and operated restaurant.
