Assistant General Manager - Boulevard American Bistro

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead one of our premier casual fine dining restaurants in New Orleans. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement
  • Maintain operational excellence in service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in driving profitability
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (casual fine dining or upscale casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
  • Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
  • Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Working knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L management, labor cost control, etc.)
  • Ability to build a positive, team-driven workplace culture
