Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings and attract prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real estate market trends to better serve clients.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Utilize company‑provided tools and resources to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about industry changes.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self‑motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Familiarity with the New Orleans‑Metairie‑Kenner real estate market is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Comfortable using technology and tools to manage client relationships and track progress.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about industry changes.
Compensation

$110,000‑$225,500 per year
