This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager & Management Representative based in Geismar, LA. The responsibilities include overseeing quality control and assurance processes, implementing and maintaining the quality management system, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards. The role involves conducting quality audits, addressing non-conformances, managing corrective actions, and providing training to improve team efficiency. This position will also require collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

• Strong experience in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for problem‑solving and process improvement
• Ability to deliver effective Training to workforce to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Knowledge of ISO  standards and experience with quality audits
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail with a results‑driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Experience in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred
