Quality Control Technician

New Orleans:
Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support inspection and quality assurance operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of blueprint reading, and experience inspecting parts to meet tolerance and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts
• Verify tolerances and measurements using appropriate inspection tools
• Complete and maintain quality documentation and reports
• Identify and communicate quality issues to production and engineering teams
• Support continuous improvement and corrective action processes

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Inspection, or a related field
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding mechanical tolerances
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to complete quality reports and maintain documentation accurately
• Technical aptitude and reliability

• Must be able to stand for extended periods during inspections
• Ability to lift and move materials or parts up to 25 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination for precision measurement tasks
