A seasonal position, the grounds crew assists the superintendent with managing the golf course grounds. Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to work early in the day. This role is responsible for upholding the best possible playing conditions for more than 50,000 people annually. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, the seasonal grounds crew will receive free golfing privileges.

• Participates in all aspects of the daily maintenance tasks.
• 6-8 hours a day M-F plus some weekends.
• Weekend work is only 2-3 hours.
• Will have the chance to operate equipment including greens mowers, fairway mowers, tee mowers, tractors, and weed eaters to name a few.
• Ensures the golf course is set up and ready for golfers every day. Setup includes the movement of tee markers, changing cup locations on the greens, trash pickup and any other related tasks. Frequent bending or squatting will occur.
• Assists with golf course projects including, but not limited to, irrigation repair and maintenance, sodding, seeding, tree cleanup, hand watering, and cart path maintenance.
• Weed pulling and other detail work.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be good physical condition and be able to lift heavy objects, minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of the game of golf
• Good oral communications skills
