Job duties:

mixing and applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs, requiring physical work outdoors, knowledge of chemicals, safety protocols (EPA), duties like operating spray equipment, identifying plant issues, and ensuring accurate coverage for residential/commercial clients.

• Mix and apply pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides to control weeds, pests, and diseases.
• Safely operate sprayers, trucks, and other mechanized equipment.
• Fill tanks with water and chemicals according to specific formulas and rates.
• Identify lawn or plant problems to determine the correct treatment.
• Follow all EPA guidelines and safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.
• Interact with clients, explain services, and address concerns.
• Clean, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, stoop, and work outdoors in various weather.
• For accurate chemical mixing and application.
• On-the-job training provided.
