Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Start Date: ASAP / Urgent Need
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well‑being. The ideal candidate is experienced in geriatric care, medication management, and supervising support staff in a long‑term care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Active RN license (state‑specific or compact license if applicable)
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Day, evening, and night shifts available
- Weekend rotation may be required
