Job SummaryThis job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. It involves effectively delegating, directing, and assisting licensed and ancillary team members, assuming accountability for quality patient outcomes, exhibiting sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity, and supporting the department’s strategic goals.
The role requires professional responsibility and accountability for one's own practice and aligns with the company's philosophy of nursing.

Education- Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Current RN license in the state of practice. - Required:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association. - Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty area.
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient care delivery.
- Assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies.
- Communicate and delegate effectively within the nursing team and manage resources responsibly.
- Use data to evaluate and improve outcomes.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale.
- Perform other duties as required.
