Document all services provided

Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare Medicaid regulations for home health benefits

Report changes in patient condition and needs to RNQualifications Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse LPN license required

Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an LPN Current CPR Certification Compassionate and great time management skills

Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
