Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN (NIGHTS) – Davant, LA.

• Participates in the clinical aspects of patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement.
• Performs duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or administrative supervision of the HSC.
• Possesses knowledge and ability to provide quality care and respond to needs within the correctional environment.
• Maintains nursing standards and ethics in accordance with the applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies.

• Graduate from a nationally or state-approved school of nursing program.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Corrections experience is a plus.
