Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Database Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of our marketing database, which supports client development and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
- Add new contacts, update existing records, and ensure data integrity across all marketing platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to confirm contact details, titles, and organizational information for accuracy.
- Regularly audit the database to identify and correct inconsistencies or outdated information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts align with our firm s goals and brand standards.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and perform mail merge for marketing campaigns and client communications.
- Coordinate and execute client events, seminars, and webinars, handling logistics like invitations, catering, and venue arrangement.
- Oversee inventory of promotional items, ensuring timely ordering and distribution.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Maximizer CRM is preferred.
- Excellent research skills and ability to verify information from multiple sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
This is a fully in-person position based at our New Orleans office. The selected candidate must adhere to our in-office attendance policy and is expected to work on-site during all designated work hours. Punctuality, consistent attendance, and the ability to work in a collaborative office environment are essential requirements of this position.
