Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that enhance the firm’s visibility and engagement with clients and prospects. This is an on-site opportunity with 5 days a week in office offering a competitive base salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Marketing & Management: Coordinate and manage webinars and in-person events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Website Updates: Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding.
  • Content Development: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and schedule posts across social platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Build and execute email campaigns using Hub Spot, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Create and design PowerPoint presentations for webinars, in-person events, and client-facing materials, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ year of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or legal industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Hub Spot and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
