Weyerhaeuser Company is accepting applications for Lubrication Technician for our Dodson, Louisiana Lumber facility. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to work in a manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for effective lubrication & oil analysis of manufacturing equipment. This position will work with our Maintenance Bull Crew with a Friday - Monday schedule.

• Willingness and ability to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a maintenance related position in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Past employment experience involving machinery lubrication
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Must be able to handle multiple projects effectively
• Must demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs & skills
• Must have excellent listening & communication skills
• Must be willing to work any shift, including rotating shifts plus weekends and holidays as operating conditions require
• Willingness and physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an industrial environment containing wood dust and extreme heat and cold.

• Diploma or certificate from a technical college.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP.
