Licensed Forklift Driver

Shift: M-F 7:00am – 3:30pm

We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Forklift Operator to join TNT Industries Inc., a leader in refrigeration refabrication manufacturing. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll help maintain the flow of materials and uphold safety as a top priority.

• Handle Materials: Safely and efficiently move raw materials, products, and supplies within multiple buildings. Use hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet company standards before they are loaded. Identify and report defects or issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-shift inspections and mechanical checks. Conduct minor upkeep such as fueling or battery charging.
• Collaborate: Work closely with production and shipping teams to move materials and products in and out of the warehouse according to schedule.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

• Experienced with Equipment: Familiar with material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Prioritize safety and follow safety protocols.
• Efficient & Motivated: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and look for ways to improve processes.
• Reliable and Team-Oriented: Dependable, punctual, and collaborative. Understand how your work impacts the company’s success and customer satisfaction.
• Safety-Conscious: Prioritize safety for yourself and colleagues.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and work in varying environments
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
