Industrialization Engineer

Dizario Search is partnered with a global manufacturing leader of industrial hose products, seeking a Senior Product Industrialization Expert to join their North American operations. Our client is seeking a technical expert in the manufacturing process of rubber extruded hoses. In this role you will work with senior leadership and manufacturing teams to develop product launch initiatives, elevating industrialization excellence, and oversee engineering changes for both products and manufacturing equipment.

This role requires frequent (50%) + travel to internal manufacturing sites in Mexico and will be the technical liaison between manufacturing and corporate leadership.

• Serve as technical authority for hydraulic hose manufacturing.
• Define and initiate manufacturing process's for both new and existing products within the hydraulic hose product line.
• Review post-launch manufacturing performance and provide all findings to senior leadership.
• Manage product and manufacturing initiatives by addressing cycle time, yield, scrap, and cost.

• 7 (+) years of manufacturing engineering or product engineering experience within a hydraulic hose manufacturer.
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering preferred. Other technical engineering degrees will be considered.
• (7) + years of project management or product launch experience is required for this role.
• Ability to travel (50%) + between the US and Mexico is required.
