Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment across all company locations. This is a highly hands-on role, spending significant time on the production floor driving real safety improvements and partnering with employees at every level.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local EHS regulations
• Lead safety initiatives, risk reduction projects, and incident investigations
• Develop and deliver engaging EHS training for employees, managers, and new hires
• Maintain permits, SDS records, PPE programs, and safety documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and external partners
• Analyze EHS data and report trends to plant and corporate leadership
• Act as a trusted safety resource and member of the Safety Action Team

• Associate degree in Industrial Safety or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and workplace safety practices
• Sharp observation skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
