The Musco Media Shop Team has an opening for a Production Graphics Specialist. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
This position will be responsible for producing and applying high-quality heat transfer and vinyl graphics that meet customer specifications, brand standards, and project timelines. This role supports customer communication, project coordination, and shop operations to ensure efficient production and professional final results. Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other similar software applications preferred
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, meets deadlines, and adapts priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to perform within the Team and operate independently as needed.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Basic PC skills.
- Design, cut, weed, and apply heat transfer and vinyl graphics according to customer specifications, brand standards, and production requirements.
- Apply vinyl graphics to boards, signage, windows, and vehicles, ensuring proper alignment, adhesion, and overall finish quality.
- Review customer requests and artwork files; respond to email inquiries and clarify design details, materials, sizing, and timelines.
- Assist with collecting orders and determining customer needs to accurately define project scope and production requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, project timelines, and invoices using software.
- Coordinate with the sign shop and media shop teams to schedule work and meet project deadlines.
- Order, track, and maintain appropriate inventory levels of vinyl, heat transfer materials, and production supplies.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment following established safety and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with customer expectations.
- Support general sign shop and media shop operations as needed to maintain efficient workflow.
- Other duties as assigned.
