Responsibilities:- Perform routine tooling setup and basic repair tasks to support manufacturing operations.
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify tooling based on design specifications and blueprints.
- Operate factory support equipment, including forklifts and staging tools, to transport tools and materials.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Support tooling readiness efforts by interpreting blueprints and executing tool use instructions.
- Assist with reverse engineering and identifying fabrication/assembly processes for tool and part designs.
- Provide tooling support across production and engineering teams as needed.
- Safety Sensitive position
- High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in tooling, maintenance, or manufacturing operations.
- Electrical and welding background for basic fabrication and repair work.
- Forklift operation experience (must meet safety certification requirements).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for tooling design, setup, and usage instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physically active tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- On-site role; travel not required.
