Performs analyses and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements, and tolerance specifications for the chemical or physical property. Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance. Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports.
Reviews production records for conformance to procedures. Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested product.

Basic Qualifications- High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient enough to perform required basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly/test, computer operations, etc.
- Less than 1 Year of experience.
- Must be able to perform nonconformance processing and engineering drawing, manufacturing planning and test plan interpretation.
- Capable of initiating nonconformance documentation.
- Able to pass all skills cert training.
- Must be able to support a three shift operation including weekend and holiday overtime.
- Previous Quality Assurance experience in an aerospace environment or related experience in adjacent field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, coatings and bonding processes.
- Basic machined part understanding and application of GD&T processes.
- Understanding of SAP, VE-CAMS and AF.
- Basic knowledge in the use of laser inspection, FARO Arm type of equipment, and NDE process.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
