Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Loader Operator to join our South Shore Asphalt team.

As a Plant Loader Operator, you will operate front‑end loaders, Man Lift, and forklifts to move, stockpile, and load materials in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment. The role requires a strong physical condition, good mechanical aptitude, and compliance with safety protocols.

• Move and stockpile materials within the plant and site.
• Fuel, lubricate, and maintain loaders and other equipment.
• Clean and inspect loaders before and after operation.
• Load trucks and fill hoppers for asphalt production.
• Operate equipment in extreme weather conditions.

• Minimum 1 year experience working outdoors in road or construction fields.
• Proven experience operating a front‑end loader, Man Lift, and forklift.
• Computer knowledge, strong mathematical skills, and ability to analyze data.
• Demonstrated reliability and adherence to safety protocols.

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions (cold, heat, humidity).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 70 lbs.
• Good physical fitness is required.
