Shifts Available and

Hours:

3rd shift 11PM - 7AM

• Operate various equipment (mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools).
• Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper safety devices are in place (guarding) and notify supervisor or foreperson of any safety concerns.
• Perform basic set‑up on equipment.
• Read and interpret various gauging equipment, ranging from digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
• Visually inspect work piece before and after machining for defects.
• Maintain all records on job assignments in a correct and timely manner, on paper as well as in the computer.
• Maintain Q.C. checks on the operation in process.
• Ensure that all scrap and waste material is disposed of properly.
• Dispose of all waste/scrap materials in proper containers.

• Understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.
• Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.) may be required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
