Shifts Available and

Hours:

Day Shift 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper safety guards are in place and notify supervisor or team lead of any safety concerns.
• Perform basic set‑up on equipment.
• Read and interpret various gauging equipment, ranging from digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
• Visually inspect workpiece before and after machining for defects.
• Maintain all records on job assignments in a correct and timely manner, on paper as well as in the computer.
• Perform ongoing Q.C. checks on the operation in process.
• Ensure that all scrap and waste material is disposed of properly.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. as required.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating equipment such as mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stand on concrete floor for a minimum of 8 hours/day.
• Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled facility for a minimum of 8 hours/day.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
