We are currently seeking experienced lumber and material handlers for our location in Slidell. An ideal candidate would have forklift experience (not a forklift‑only position).
Responsibilities- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Complete delivery work orders
- Handle customer material requests
- Load and unload materials on trucks
- Keep yard and warehouse clean and orderly
- Forklift experience
- Detail‑oriented and thorough
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate daily tools or equipment
- Ability to interact with customers, coworkers and visitors in a professional, polite and courteous manner
- Work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
