Role Description

This full-time, on-site Service Manager role is based in New Orleans, LA. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations by ensuring exceptional customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, meeting customer needs, maintaining quality and service standards, coordinating schedules, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with team members and leaders to uphold Felix's renowned reputation for delivering an exceptional dining experience.

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in hospitality operations, including scheduling and resource management
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Previous restaurant management experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with New Orleans food, culture, and traditions is a plus
