Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services, LLC (PCMS) is seeking a Facility Supervisor for our Plaquemine, LA facility. This position is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with PCMS policies, and maintaining high-quality standards in all areas of the facility.

The Facility Supervisor is a working supervisor who leads by example, makes decisions, and ensures the facility is cleaned thoroughly and consistently each night.

• Supervise housekeeping and floor staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are followed and completed accurately
• Conduct nightly inspections of all work areas, including sterile areas if applicable
• Monitor employee productivity and enforce company policies
• Ensure employees clock in/out correctly and are in proper uniform
• Approve time adjustments and track attendance issues (tardiness, absences, early departures)
• Review and approve vacation and time-off requests while maintaining proper coverage
• Address and document performance or disciplinary issues as needed
• Report incidents, accidents, damages, or unusual events immediately
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of supplies
• Ensure all complaints are documented, addressed, and resolved promptly
• Communicate effectively with Corporate and facility contacts

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and hold staff accountable
• General computer knowledge or willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical job duties
• Ability to work evenings and maintain flexible availability when needed

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling as required
• Working in healthcare or commercial facility environments
