• Team Development: Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of store team members.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper and safe food preparation while maintaining clean self-serving options (food & drink dispensers).
• Operational Excellence: Complete inspections of facilities/equipment with the Store Director and third-party inspections.

• The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could involve up to 50 lbs.)
