We are recruiting for a Director to support our growing construction practice specializing in project advisory and dispute resolution. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our team at the heart of our US expansion, taking on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Current positions are available in Dallas, New Orleans, and Las Vegas.
OverviewThe Director role helps to drive the development of our commercial network and involves structuring, writing reports and pricing proposals, as well as initiating sales projects. This role will play a key role in expanding our market presence while also managing multiple complex projects and consultant development. We expect Directors to take active leadership roles in the business administration of the firm to take ownership in our aim to be a highly rewarding and attractive place to work.

- Manage large and complex projects simultaneously, including the respect of deadlines
- Quality supervision and control
- Clear presentation skills of complex analyses
- Approach challenges, complexity and uncertainty with confidence
- Demonstrate intellectual leadership, cumulated experience
- Manage client expectations and communications, including the engagement partner where required
- Develop commercial network, organize commercial meetings, write proposals and scope of work
- Collaborate with partners on commercial activity
- Follow invoicing process; capacity to call clients to recover aging or disputed fees
- Manage business risks and profitability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, construction or engineering discipline.
- 8 – 10 years of applicable experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project scheduling (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) skills
