Pay Range: $55-68/hr W2
Duration: 6 months
Primary Responsibilities1. Program Planning and Development
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of program objectives, goals, and outcomes.
- Assisting in developing and tracking schedules.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and participants.
- Communicating updates, progress, and any changes to relevant parties.
- Gather meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Monitoring program budgets and ensuring expenses align with allocated resources.
- Coordinating the acquisition and allocation of resources, such as equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Tracking program progress and performance metrics.
- Collecting and analyzing data to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of program activities, decisions, and outcomes.
- Preparing reports and presentations for leadership or stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of the program risk register.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Track and manage risk register.
- Coordinating team efforts and providing support to program staff and volunteers.
- Facilitating meetings and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during program execution.
- Developing creative solutions to keep the program on track.
- Monthly preparation for S4 EPP review (complete slide deck, coordinate information with Project Managers).
- Consolidate Program Risks/Opportunities, Milestones, and project financials.
- Provide inputs for PST IMS.
- Lead smaller S4/PST initiatives and efforts (not requiring full Project Manager oversight).
- Assist team members in the creation of Gate decks.
- This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Experience with project management oversight of infrastructure, security and software development initiatives.
- Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project and/or Planview.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
